Trolls

Im afraid you've activated my trap card

Anyone who's been around the internet has probably encountered trolls (if you haven't, learn more here). Trolls are people who go around comment sections and message boards posting inflammatory remarks hoping to cause a stir for their own enjoyment.

I am happy to announce that an anonymous poster has been posting low brow remarks on my posts. Things like "freak" or "you will never set foot in China! and don't go to Taiwan either!" Something like that, I deleted it before I had a chance to give a fuck.

Sometimes trolls can cause many lulz, but most of the time they're just losers who have nothing better to do than put down strangers on the internet to make themselves feel better. If your going to tease or bully someone, grow some balls and do it IRL instead of behind your 7 proxies.

To prevent future inflammatory remarks, anonymous comment posting is now disabled. You will need a Google, OpenID, Wordpress, AIM, LiveJournal, or TypePad account to post comments. I am open to constructive criticism, but inane, off topic insults will be deleted and I will report you to the Google police.

  1. I once tried to draw up a list of troll categories:

No one had anything to add to the list. Maybe you do?
